Ingredients
Pork rib500 g.
Cilantro roots1 tablespoon
Roughly crushed garlic¼ cup
Thai red chilli2 tablespoon
Healthy Boy Thin Soy Sauce A1 tablespoon
Healthy Boy Seasoning Sauce (Green Cap)1 tablespoon
Spring Onion1 tablespoon
Cilantro1 teaspoon
Preparation
Step 1
Cut pork ribs into pieces, clean them, and put in a pot. Boil for 40 minutes until they are very soft.
Step 2
Prepare a pan over medium heat. Add cooking oil. Stir until they turn dark brown. Get it off the stove.
Step 3
Add cilantro roots and crushed garlic. Stir them until they turn gold and crispy and then put the pork ribs in the pan and stir.
Step 4
Season with Healthy Boy Thin Soy Sauce A and Healthy Boy Seasoning Sauce (Green Cap). Enrich with chopped spring onion and stir them together again.
Step 4
Take the pan out from the stove. Put on a plate and decorate with cilantro before serving.
