Ingredients

  • Pork Jowl600 grams

  • Healthy Boy Thick Oyster Sauce4 tablespoons

  • Healthy Boy Thin Soy Sauce A2 tablespoons

  • Healthy Boy Seasoning Sauce (Green Cap)2 tablespoons

  • Sugar2 tablespoons

  • Evaporated Milk2 tablespoons

  • Chili Powder1 tablespoon

  • Healthy Boy Thai Spicy Dipping SauceFor Dipping

Preparation

Step 1


Mix Healthy Boy Thick Oyster Sauce, Thin Soy Sauce A, Seasoning sauce (Green Cap), sugar, evaporated milk, and chili powder together. Stir them finely. Marinate pork jowl with the mixed sauce for 20 minutes.



Step 2


Grill the marinated pork on stove with low heat until cooked and slice it in thin pieces. Serve with Healthy Boy Thai Spicy Dipping Sauce.
