The quintessential Thai side dish, ready in minutes. Crisp, tender morning glory (water spinach) is wok-tossed in a simple, savory, and garlicky sauce.

Ingredients
Morning glory15 plants
Healthy Boy Soybean Paste with Chilli2 tablespoons
Water3 tablespoons
Cooking oil1 tablespoon
Preparation
Step 1
Slice the morning glory into small strips. During slicing, soak the sliced morning glory into cold water in order to make it crispy.
Step 2
Heat cooking oil and put the morning glory to stir fry. Season with Healthy Boy Soybean Paste with Chilli and Water. Stir fry over high heat until it is cooked. Move from the heat to a plate for serving.
